ABOUT PAM SAGER

Pamela Hooks Sager, Esq. is a business attorney with over 30 years of legal and business experience in business transactions and business operations such as contracts, acquisitions, entity formation, finance, banking, commercial real estate, and human resources. Pam works across a broad range of industries including technology, e-commerce, manufacturing and health related industries and with companies in all stages of development. Pam has acted as "supplemental" on site in house counsel for the legal departments of manufacturing and technology companies. Pam has taught Business Law and Ethics at WPI and Business Law in the Northeastern University Paralegal Program, and lectured extensively on various legal topics including frequent seminars on Business Contracts. Pam is a Director, Past President and Lifetime Achievement Award recipient of the Corridor 9/495 Area Chamber of Commerce, Past Chair and Executive Committee Member of the WPI Venture Forum, and a Past Director of the Parent Professional Advocacy League. Pam is a graduate of Boston College Law School and holds a BS in Business Management from Barry University in Miami, Florida.
